Mayor Dan Mathieson delivered his Annual State of the City Address Tuesday, April 5th, 2011 during the annual Mayor’s Breakfast at the Stratford Country Club.

The event is hosted by the Stratford and District Chamber of Commerce.
Mayor Mathieson was joined by Lou Zacharilla of the Intelligent Communities Forum and touched on key issues in the City, including the economy, development and ongoing issues.
